Fresh Cut

As the nights get cooler and the days get shorter our thoughts drift toward the holiday season.  It’s this time of year that trees will get their final shear before harvest.  Most trees cut at Christmas will have been in the field 7-9 years, sheared and pruned each year to maintain the shape that makes them Christmas trees!
